GWB,

I talked with Joe a few minutes ago and to say the least, HE IS NOT A HAPPY CAMPER. He is perturbed with the way the buyback is being handled at PW. He reminded me that he has always done what he said he would do and now is not the time to doubt him. The situation will get rectified very quickly and the company will be buying back the shares as promised. Most of the DCI staff has been working on the Canadian consolidation today with the intent of bringing that to a close in the very NEAR future. Because they were so busy it was late in the day before Joe was aware of the price decline.

Joe also indicated we will be seeing the company name appearing in Barrons in the near future. He felt it would be money well spent to put the press releases in as well as take out adds describing the accomplishments of the company.

He has not made up his mind yet about the CNBC invitation. CNBC will be doing a 13 part series on the telecommunication industry hosted by Casper Wienberg. This is not a freebie so he will decide shortly if it will be worth the cost. More to come later on this.

Best Regards
