Once they start funding local governments thought taxes rather than land sales, a lot of the corruption will decline in China.

BABA: the decline continues. Another new low today, far below the July lows. Since BABA is the #2 holding in KWEB, it is diverging from the sector to the downside. This is not a small-cap preference, since TCEHY is not going down. I do not know why BABA is underperforming, but I will not be buying more of it (except in the etf) for now. schrts.co
