Joachim, this can't end well: Inmates in California prisons must be classified by their gender identity, to be determined when taken into custody. Reminds me of the incident at Wi Spa, a Korean-owned spa based in Los Angeles, where some guy claiming to be a "trans-woman" entered the women's part of the spa and exposed himself. The women who saw this complained to the staff, but the staff couldn't do anything about it because of California's laws prohibiting discrimination based on "gender identity." This even led to clashing protests between pro-trans and anti-trans activists which turned violent. Turns out the "trans-woman" is a serial sex offender and now has an arrest warrant for the incident. And California wants to give these assholes more power and more protection? It's gonna happen. Sexual assaults will start spiking up in women's jails, all because felons will start lying about their "sexual orientation." Tenchusatsu P.S. - My wife and I visited Wi Spa a few times while we were in L.A. Great place, and that was before Conan O'Brien made it really famous. Too bad liberals screwed it up.
