" the bills would have passed already. It should be done as quickly as possible "

It won't look good if a bridge collapses while Pelosi is holding back the bill.

The $3.5T is the Biden plan, not the progressive plan. It didn't pass because Manchin went from supporting $4T in January to $1.5T today.

Pelosi and her cronies had no business bringing down Biden's numbers when he's trying to get his plan passed. They did this on purpose so republicans get power next year.

Both plans should have passed within the first 100 days but it's like the Mueller report. They refused to have hearings for a full month because they needed vacations. Pelosi let republicans frame the debate for a full month while she went on vacation.

This time, they had over two months of vacations before they passed the presidents' agenda. Then Manchin comes back and says we need to "pause." I'm saying less investigations of the president and less vacation time.

The latest poll of of WV says 77% of republicans support the Biden plan. 80% of the state. So let's not pretend this has anything to do with liberal vs conservative or moderates. It's the "all about me" crowd ignoring their voters.
