My only remark after watching the video: Buying a $31 million piece of Real Estate on borrowed money looks like a rookie type mistake, but I am no financial expert... and I mean that btw -g- Depends on the interest rate and the small print I guess. Robert Kiyosaki talks about a persons financial statement. There is a reason why the bank is interested a persons "financial statement". It's in case they have to go into predatory mode, and that is a possibility. Whatever, the news is to be counted or discounted as the audiences interpretation of the future suggests. Kitco will always remind me of Heinz Blasnik. He was definitely one of the good guys imho.
