This just in: in a release by SRS Labs (SRSL:Nasdaq) Valence Technology is mentioned as a potential acquisition. I spoke with the the director of corporate relations for SRS and she seemed surprised that Valence was mentioned in the release...go figure.

Today's action doesn't bother me much since its on low volume. Sure, it would be nice to get a kick before the conference call, but only time will tell the truth in this one. Because of VLNCs prior deadline disappointments, I am very hesitant to buy anything that's tied to a particular date. I'll keep my 10,000 shares and wait until the cows come home! To All - Any news from our professionals, Wolanchuck, Cohen, Liebowitz, CTSL/Murphy, Red Chip, etc.... A time like this would be comforting to hear some positive speculation.
