Yep...

post divorce.. that hurts.. I came out on short end to get it done... but I know my capabilities..

Bought a home in another city much cheaper but lots of potential few years looking at infrastructure being built etc.. rented to seller for a few months... which was so profitable that I decided to continue renting it and buy further in the boonies to get what I wanted for me ... Rent from city home pays both small mortgages ... City home has huge potential...

Then there is income growth from market.. I do speculate with part of portfolio... example playing uranium pretty well here... but kids' accounts are all about income growth.. at 28/22 they really do have time on their side.. too bad for me I had to figure so much out LOL but folks planted good seeds :)
