WPC is a fairly new position in this portfolio and remains a small sized position. I wish to continue building this position by adding on in small lots as we go. I'm looking to increasing our REIT exposure due to inflation on the rise and in an inflationary environment, real estate usually does well. The last earnings report was a beat and raise where the company beat on earnings and revenue, and then raised guidance going forward. I acted on that information, which is shown below, and I continue to add on to the WPC position. WPC does announce earnings this coming Friday the 29th, and I have decided to 'front run' the earnings report with a purchase now and based on this upcoming earnings report, that will decide if I add more next week or not.
