There doesn't seem to be much talk about this secondary debt offering announced yesterday. How much dilution will this actually cause and what are the opinions of the more knowledgeable people on the thread as to how this is going to effect the stock's price, if at all, over the next several months. I know little, to nothing, about secondary debt offerings if someone could give their analysis as to what it will probably do to the company and stock I'd appreciate it. Thanks.
