PRTL: IL violated. Should be ready to come down to about 15 now. It's still above the IL and may try to use it as support. That would be 22 1/4 or 1/8 on Mon. The ACT reaches 15 on 2/13 and 16 by 2/27. That's plenty of time for patience if PRTL gets a little stubborn.

Oops. I got the ACT wrong. It reaches 15 on 2/24 and 16 in the 2nd week of March. I think that's even better! It's currently a hair under 14.
