Firamada, Inc. to Fund Production of 'The Morton Downey, Jr. Show'

Legendary Talk Show Host to Return to National Television in the Spring of 1998 With Dynamic
New Talk Show Focusing on Issues Affecting Lives of Average Americans

NEW YORK, Feb. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Firamada, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: FAMH - news) will provide the production funds for Morton
Downey, Jr.'s new issues-driven television talk show which will premiere nationally in the Spring of 1998, it was announced by Ira A. Monas,
Firamada's President, at a news conference today at The Plaza Hotel in New York.

With Firamada's CEO Arif Adam at his side, Mr. Monas said, ''Forming an association with Morton Downey, Jr. is one of the most exciting
things that has happened in Firamada history. Mr. Downey reaches the hearts of our foremost clients, further enhancing our visibility in the
marketplace, as well as increasing the value of our company.''

Firamada, Inc. and its subsidiaries, Success Staffing and Encompass Staffing, headquartered at 40 Wall Street in New York City, provide
major companies with temporary and permanent placement. The firm, which currently has six offices doing in excess of $10 million in sales per
year, is in the process of acquiring three additional companies which will raise its revenues to $80 million per year.

The new ''Morton Downey, Jr. Show'' will originate from New York and will be broadcast in 105 markets nationally to start. The show,
which goes into production in mid-April, will be distributed by Media Techniques. It is being produced by Langley/Downey Productions and
Krebs Entertainment in conjunction with Firamada, Inc. and JenMal Development, Inc.

Lori Krebs is the Executive Producer and Richard Langley is Co-Executive Producer. John Preston, former Vice President of Program
Origination at CBS joins Downey as Senior Producer and Director of Program Origination. He will also serve as Lead Director. Adrian Eisman
is Vice President and Director of Syndication for Media Techniques, Inc. Shelly Kirwood will be the associate producer.

Downey said that his new show would be similar in style and format to his original talk program -- which has been credited with inventing
up-front audience participation -- allowing the studio audience to voice the concerns of ''the common person.'' It was -- and still is -- the
highest-rated TV talk show in history.

Downey, whose confrontational interview style kept many newsmakers on their toes while appealing to millions of Americans across the nation
during its run, promised not to change his style. ''I will still try to dig out the truth... wherever it leads. I am excited by this opportunity to
reach millions of Americans whom, I believe, have lost confidence in our political leaders and justice system. I have a great affinity with those
Americans who work hard, support their families and only want the best opportunities and quality of life for their children. My new show will
concentrate on issues that directly affect their daily lives. I aim to reach out to the hearts and brains of the TV viewer. I believe the television
medium can effect important changes in our society if used properly. That is my goal.''

Now that we will finance the Morton Downey, Jr. show, does that put us in the same league as Mutual of Omaha (Wild Kingdom)? Hmmm, I wonder what their stock price is?

Hey, Iraaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa! Where are our audited financials?

Why do I feel like Costello? Why does Ira remind me of Abbott?

>>Andrew, Common now... please. I believe you are a better person than that. You are letting stuff get to you.<<

Better than what, Brad? If someone accuses you of starting false rumors, would you not defend yourself?

>>I ALSO said it is possible that they might NOT have to issue ANY shares at all as collateral. It could simply be done with warrants that might NEVER actually need to be exercised.<<

Indeed, you did say that. IMO, that is highly unlikely. This is all rampant speculation. I have never heard of such a thing. The company could clear this up very easily by issuing a release detailing the terms of the agreement. Would you loan $25MM of your money simply for warrants on a BB stock?

>>One more point. EPS is not the "primary basis" for stock price. Supply vs. demand drives the price. EPS certainly plays a part, but if EPS was all there was to it, any company that was not making a profit would not even be trading.<<

Well, we are talking about different categories of bases here. Supply and demand is based on a number of factors. IMO the single most important is the profitability or future potential profitability of a compnay, measured by eps or estimated future eps. Of course that is strongly affect by the number of shares outstanding.

Thanks for the correction of Ira as President.
