"OK three questions" Since there aren't any questions, I'm gonna guess you have one question, which is whether I want some form of each. universal HC... yes "Universal quality ed" I'm not sure of the quality now, but, yes, pre-K thru high school, and affordable community college tuition. "UBI" It's a nice idea, but nobody has made it work. I'm not adverse to the idea of the US joining with Canada to fund a 5 year lab experiment, using Haiti as the lab rat..
