I am a little puzzled by the lack of activity on this thread for the past few days. The Nasdaq has been doing quite well (selectively), but telecommunication stocks have been mixed. There have been several DSC sales and alliances announced, but the stock is essentially unmoved on fairly light volume.

Any TA folks, or tech folks have an opinion? It seems to me that a good base may be forming, and forward prospects appear good.
