You were close to a major problem I think. The NASDAQ got right to the breaking point and held.

Mohan,

I look at action lately in a very positive way. Another view would be-CPQ gave some kind of verbal guarantee in there stock price to make the deal work.

It wouldn't be out of the question IMO? Over the years many of these guarantees have been issued.

Another scenario is-Alot of puts bought, calls were written and the market makers want to make money on them. I've been there before.
