It sounds like he's projecting we will have a situation like happened in Europe this week when NatGas hit 100-Euros in some places.

I suspected the reason the Utes are so bearish is the reluctance of the various regulatory bodies to allow increased costs to be passed to consumers.

Spain froze utility bills this winter, for example. That might be coming to our shores if NatGas blows up.
