What the market was doing today, IMHO, was continuing to digest the news of the new shares that are being printed for the WorldPass purchase. The Market will belive that this purchase is EPS accretive when it sees the numbers. So far, the market did not see even the results for the previous quarter! I think these numbers (if they are as good as this thread was lead to believe) will lift the price better than the aquisition. After all, the earning is something that is in the pocket, and the M&A (even as great as the last one) is something that will produce earnings in the future. Come on, the purchase is not OFFICIALY dome yet! The was only letter of intent signed, as I read in press release. I know these are technicalities, but still! And, on the technical note, it will be VERY hard for the price to drop below this resistance area just below $2.00. Musya.
