On the basis, first, of my awareness of these sorts of things, which had me picking up hints of it a year or two ago, followed this year by Larry Sanger's decision to go public with the fact that it has captured by the Left to corrupt its neutrality. I had no idea how it was done; but he explains it exquisitely. During this period of Cancel Culture, it has been taken over by leftists. This is not conjecture.
