Do you think it qualifies as a "website"? ".pub" is a very obscure TLD name. But the code on that page is 122 lines of absolute crap. Just looking at it, it has no CSS at all, and is written and formatted solely in an (1995?) HTML dialect.

If we're voting, I say, "Not a website". The sites I was making in 1995 at least had color and some CSS and JS in them. This is entirely HTML.
