That's all true. Even though he received that many votes thankfully it wasn't enough and he lost. As long as the Electoral College is used there is a chance of us getting another trump. I hope he keeps shoveling Big Mac's down his throat!!

I think it's a combination of fears, racism, xenophobia, American life getting less 'special' after we all profited wildly after WWII and for decades to follow, society being fragmented by social media and choosing the news you want to hear, people not understanding or being willing to accept all these new genders, etc. I just try to relax and accept that change happens, and in this anthropomorphic tech age, it happens WAY before anyone is ready for it. With all the different technologies we have cooking on every burner in the kitchen, computers, biological, materials, AI, space and quantum - who knows what's next?
