When the platform is denying access on political grounds It has not been demonstrated that anything is being denied on political grounds rather than risk. Ya got something other than your partisan gut?

Got any proof of your assertions? Or that those platforms terms of service are onerous? Because they are using the fact that users have been banned for violating their terms of service. Are there clauses about political orientation? Then you might have a case as to the terms being onerous. But if people get banned because they consistently post false and/or misleading information, I am afraid that won't work. Even if your favored party is based on false and/or misleading information. Perhaps y'all should shoot for religious exemption?
