Can some tell me if this is in addition to
the Myriad Employment Services acquisition.

If it is won't that add $80 million per year
to the $60 million per year from Myriad
that would be a total of $140 million per year

Am I doing my math wrong? Someone Help

Firamada, Inc. and its subsidiaries,
Success Staffing and Encompass Staffing, headquartered
at 40 Wall Street in New York City,
provide major companies with temporary and permanent placement.
The firm, which currently has six offices doing in
excess of $10 million in sales per year, is in the
process of acquiring three additional companies which
will raise its revenues to
$80 million per year.

Regards
Michael

p.s.

I would like to see the financials here. And the details of the broadcasting of the show. Ira mentioned in my talk with him that they were branching out.

IMO, I think its a great idea, depending on how they are raising the money to produce the show and depending of course on the terms of the contract. There can be huge profit margins in the TV broadcasting business. Ira and the CEO are obviously entrepeneurs and have a sort of conglomerate/holding company vision. Wherever they can make money is fine with me. Plus the TV business could be very helpful in terms of promoting their staffing business.

Furthermore, I don't think they would expose themselves to the added scrutiny that will be placed on a media producer if they wer not legitimate. Of course, this opinion depends entirely on the details of the contract, production, terms, etc.
