In order for the debt ceiling to be lifted Nancy has to come back from (yes, you guessed it) another vacation. She sent out a letter saying they'd need to back before their normal Oct 19 day because the debt ceiling runs out on the 18th. This is the woman who can't pass any legislation because she's never at her desk. She could never be CIC (third in line) because she can't stay in Washington long enough to do her job.
