I'm sure some will be, but these people don't hire based on politics, and if they did, they'd prefer the stable sensibility of Red voters, not the ignorant radicalism of the Blue voters. But reality is workers are 40-60 or 60-40 and do not change demographics overnight. As the California shithole continues its decline, it could well shift back to something more reasonable as well. Those who can't just leave will eventually realize they have to have jobs, law and order, and more cost-effective government, although you and I may not be around for it.
