Trump didn't read his intelligence briefings, he had no idea what was going on unless it was carried on Fox News. Trump proved the country can function with a President totally disengaged from the job. He watched TV all day and picked twitter fights with anyone who criticized him for anything.

(versus Biden's every issue wrong. Every Single Issue. Wrong.)

You are in the old paradigm where we blithely choose presidents by issue with the assumed confidence and comfort that the foundation is solid. We discovered during the last five years that our Enlightenment foundation is in even worse condition than our crumbling physical infrastructure and needs at least shoring up if not reconstruction.

Even if your observation were valid, I would still support Biden over Trump. In contrast to the threat of losing our democracy, any and all issues are just blips. It's like fretting over a tough steak or a missing broach on the Titanic. Or fiddling while Rome burns.
