Richard nice post.....

Richard I find it most interesting that the shit didn't
hit the fan until 1210. It was the MM giving everyone 10
to get away from their terminals and safely away for 60 to 90
mins. to let them run havoc with virtualy no news or other reason
to effect this stock. IMHO this is a criminal act that should be
investigated.

Best of BAAT

Jim

<<I am saving today's graph as a case study of market manipulation at work>>

Richard,
Would you mind posting a url to the graph or e-mailing me a copy (see my profile)? What a bloodbath!! I feel sorry for all those who just found BAAT during yesterday's run and got burned. Too bad for all of us as I'm sure we lost a bunch of players who were adding to the volumn and price. This stock is still going to fly. We'll see $3.25 again.

Thanks,
Steve

Also need to ask for the site for BAAT intraday. Dropped Lombard when Discover started charging, and Fastquote doesn't cover it. Thanks. LB

Rick, I think you are correct. Why not send a copy of that graph to the SEC with a strong complaint -- also to NASDAQ.
