The fact Mcconnell and the Republicans are playing chicken with the debt ceiling and our economy is beyond terrible. Such owning the libs plays to their base. If they could, they would vote to chop up and privatize the government under the Trump brand like a golf resort syndication complete with strippers and of-color servants. Big tent libs like us can't unify in our messages like they do. Because we are (capital D) Democrats after all. Try to explain democracy or the actual meaning of "A well regulated Militia..." to a dittohead FoxNews or OANN viewer. Good luck. Revolution scares the shit out of America. Like "defund the police" and "open borders" and because we are all about public circular firing squads, we give them their superpowers daily. Regarding our selling of policies, like the news and ratings; if it thinks it stinks. (Outside the usual solid blue regions.) We are like the PBS Newshour; we take time and want to be perfectly balanced telling our story. FoxNews like Trump -- doesn't worry about facts and evidence it just shoves the candy coated spin bites into the gaping mouths of the willfully fear-driven public.
