Yes that is correct but mostly as a result of converting there convertible preferred into common by all mean they did not acquire those shares in the free market, once converted 13G is applicable to them hence the filings, these guys are unloading, they are in the business of short-term financing with convertible ratio fix to the market and at a discount, believe me they made a killing. Why be subjected to risk as a long term holders when you can convert at a discount and sell! My only concern is...are they done? If not then we will drift lower unless PR is stepped up. That is what I'm trading here folks, TPRO is still highly speculative though things are looking brighter. Of course IMHO.
