You're really using contorted logic to get to the place you wish was righteous. It was wrong. Once the Court declared it to be unconstitutional, you stop it. That instant. You don't try to wring out of whatever you can. This the kind of tactic we don't want in a presidency -- one that disrespects the finding of the Court at a time when we're hanging by a thread. It was unconstitutional. Before it was declared unconstitutional, it still was. The Court didn't "make it" unconstitutional. The entire thing began life as unconstitutional. It should have stopped instantly. You don't realize it but you are illustrating the problem with Democrats in living color. You always want to skirt the law. Most Democrats constantly look for ways to cross the line. Most Conservative want to know where the line is to make damned sure they don't cross it. That is a fact, and this thread it perfectly. Not just you, but Chris, CJ, all the crazies from Epicure's department, Koan, all looking for ways to beat the system. And this pandemic was one you all fell in love with. It was the only way you could have gotten rid of Trump, and you used it.
