All, From Helen: "re: NASDQ listing...the 30 day period for watching share price was up last Friday, at which time our ave. was over 5...Meyerson started selling after close on FRI...the first 50,000 share block went through Monday. Nasd sent a comment letter to FTEL last week and asked for some minor clarifications...Tom said they will look at the whole and it will be easy to dcemonstrate that the last 3 days of sell off was due to Meyerson...She said Meyerson never holds stocks...with volume at 655,000 now most of their shares are gone...the good news as ELK has pointed out is SOMEONE out there is buying up shares at a great price....." BIG volume today, but price only down 3/16 from what I can tell, even in the face of this selling. I am remaining optimistic, and reasonably so. Thanks Helen for posting this on the other board! Citi,I don't know I think it will depend on the info that Tom is sending to Nas and how long it will take them to review it. It didn't seem to be anything major, but maybe someone who spoke to Tom directly can fill that part in. I also am not sure once they accept us, how long it takes for us to get changed over to Nasdaq National Market, but maybe as early as a next week or a week from Monday. Hope I know soon enough beforehand, I would love to be at the Exchange when that baby rolls across for the first time! Anyone figure how much money was actually put INTO FTEL today? Considering that these were 1.25 warrants and the price was mainly in the 4.30-4.45 range today, I would imagine that we could say close to 2 Million NEW dollars flowed into the stock today. Pretty Bullish to me!
