I'm not sure what your point is. It is not unusual for some issue or another to be found unconstitutional, and the next day, whatever the practice is, it stops. Nothing wrong with that. The problem is when some demented douche thinks he should ignore the finding of the Court, which is how you get constitutional crises. Except frankly, I don't know that it happened, at least not recently, that a president just says Fuck You to the Supreme Court. It was a stupid thing to have done, and anyone who has even a vague awareness of the process knows it was a boneheaded thing to have done. Far more dangerous than anything Trump did on Jan 6, for the record.
