A reasonable assumption would be that he has looked at the facts and determined the race was stolen. That rings particularly true since it is grossly apparent it was stolen and there are surrounding facts that prove it.

It would be lunacy to foreclose any future investigation of it by claiming it never happened.

Chris Wallace is a scumbag worthy of CNN or MSNBC for that question.
