Yes, it was (and is) confusing - we have a private company namesake! Perhaps there is some legal way that Cycomm Corporation (CYI subs.) can get CyComm Corporation to change the name (if Cycomm has the name registered and the rights to it). There should be a clear and distinct way of telling one from the other, not just a play on upper and lower case lettering. Some people, acting instantly on such news could lose money, thinking they beat the street on price about to go through the roof, and it's the wrong company. If they can get away with this, why not CycomM Corp., CYComm Corp., and such? It would be a jungle out there and it can get confusing enough as it is.
