I think the fracking well depletion rates will make it difficult for us to get there.

It is kind of a mixed picture. Oil rigs have gotten 50% back to last year's level and just about 38.2% from a couple of years back but have been moving up rapidly. Gas rigs are about 78.6% back but didn't have as many, percentage-wise, shut down but the total count is down substantially from 2018 levels.
