My point was the nerds didn't want model cars. They wanted planes, ships, or other things.

My favorite one I did was a 1959 Corvette drag racer. That thing turned out sweet. I don't recall what the wheels were made out of, however. It sure didn't have a working suspension like your 240Z.

I still own a mint 1990 in red, manual trans, goes out in good weather only <ggg>. I like the direction the new Z is taking, back to a retro look not too far from the original. I find that the replacement for the one I have was a downer, kinda bulbous and a cheap looking interior.
