I am somewhat addicted to cardamom tea.

I like them both very much. I also take a great deal of fresh mint tea- which I grow myself- and vitamin D (which I do not grow myself :-)

A great source is the NIH site - put in your supplement and do a search - add the tag:

"site:.gov" (note that is "dot" gov) and you will only get government sites. NIH usually is the first entry.

e.g.

Buy a brand that is 3rd party tested for purity and the absence of heavy metals. These sometimes are sourced from emerging nations using brass grinders. Lead contamination ensues... It is a minor but important part of brass alloys. Mexican candy makers apparently have this issue - old equipment.
