David, remember what we were talking about? HMMMMMM and all of a sudden the Lone Ranger shows up.

Cloud of dust
and a mighty "Hi HO SILVER, AWAY"

RB
Who was that masked man?

or

You don't tug on Superman's cape,
You don't spit into the wind,
You don't pull the mask off the Old Lone Ranger
and don't mess around with Frank

My read on the new money coming into FTEL is as follows:

My understanding is the warrants are exercisable at $1.25. Therefore, if 600,000 warrants were exercised by MHMY over the past few days, this would result in 600,000 x 1.25 = $750,000 coming into FTEL. MHMY would then go to the market and sell them, at market, to make their profit. But only the exercise price times the exercised shares would remain within FTEL's treasury. It will start to add up once all warrants are exercised!

Correct me if I'm wrong. Any comments?

<I don't know about you guys, but I am estatic that we basically brushed off a very, very large seller today.>

I am surprised that nobody on the thread has pointed out the Frank Peters filed to sell 639,300 shares on 2/2/98.
