For the record, are you willing to state that you did not alter that cert?
Do you in fact have a certificate in your name for 17270 shares, isssued Dec 23, l997 ? Why did you remove it from your web site?

For the record can you prove "This latest round of attacks is nothing more than a planned game set forth by Mike Kugler"

To me that is the way you have fun, NOT by accusing
someone of counterfeiting a stock certificate.
Or whatever criminal act they accused you of, (not
