Maybe I am just naive and can't read, but it sounds like LGND has a healthy amount of cash in the bank now. Unless they start spending at a much higher rate - which shouldn't be needed since the partners are going to pay for the bulk of the new trial costs - they should have ample reserves to see them through to profitability. I suspect they can even afford to start new research projects which is crucial for the long term. This one looked good to me. Comments? Dispassionate and factual ones that is :-) Cheers, Torben
