>>Yes, I have a RMIL cert for 17,270 shares, signed and issued on December 23, 1997.<<

If this is true, Riley, why did you feel a need to take it off your site.....and, why do you now feel a need to make fun of it yourself?

And, most of all, why was it signed by Puhr? He was never the CEO of RMIL....never! Seems to me you have a bogus certificate. Puhr would only have been (according to the 8K) the CEO of RMIL if, and when, the merger took place. We all know that this has not happened yet. The merger doesn't happen until the money comes in and the stock is moved from escrow into real people's hands. So how did his signature end up on a certificate?

Nice job on the graphics, now that is the way to handle it!

Do you know why Puhr is signature as President when Breton is?

Is there a potential problem?
