Don't you ever learn?

How many times do you have to get burned before you realize you've entrusted your money to gangsters?

The worst thing about the announcement is the selling of 85% of the USB business that represents their best hope for growth.

This foolish move ought to wipe out all your LSI profits.

In regards to spinning off the USB business & keeping 15%, can
anyone estimate what it's worth?

We've seen worse with the stock price, but how is it possible to have revenues cut by two-thirds?
