TD: As an alternative to holding CDE common - you and
others might want to look at the Converts....traded NYSE.
ALSO - for those wanting to own physical metals - take a
look at Central Fund of Canada (CEF on curb). Stock is
closed end, owns 131,300 oz. of gold and 6,565,000 oz.
of silver (as of annual report of 10/31/97. Check monday
Barrons for discount.

Are you counting all convertibles debentures in your calculations. They have 3 series of convertibles for more than $150M in capital.
