*** Response from the NetWork ***

It is beyond me why answering a simple (and I mean really a very simple) question should be so difficult!

Mr. Lanza (and I do not call you Evangelist Lanza for now since I am being a bit serious here!), please go back and read my post
Message 3346163 and the one prior to that Message 3345741

And then tell me if your response was a meaningful and/or logical reply!!!!!!!!!

You stated (as I stated in my previous two posts) that you have invested at least $3.4 million in XECM stock, right? The first time you mentioned you had invested $3 million in XECM the stock was at around $1/shr, so that gives you at least 3 million shares of XECM. Then you stated you have invested an additional $400K in XECM stock (between $0.7 and $0.15/shr), right? This gives you at least 500,000 shares of XECM (even assuming you bought all your shares at $0.70/shr). So this means you at this time should have at least 3.5 million shares of XECM, right?

You have stated that Xecom at this time has a total of 20 million outstanding shares. Now considering that you have at least 3.5 million shares one can conclude that you own 17.5% of the company (3.5 million divided by 20 million = 17.5%). Can you then tell us why none of the SEC documents indicate that you own 17.5% of Xecom?! And if I am incorrect in my calculations regarding your holdings of XECM shares please go ahead and correct me (this is exactly what I have been asking of you for the past week in my various posts to you)!!

My question to you was simple: Exactly how many shares of XECM do you own and what is your average price per share? and all I got from you was the following:

"The $3 million plus was spent in 1995-96. I used to have a decent net worth but, as you can see, at this time I am a poor man. The way I get my meager funds is by "selling my body."

Now what sort of an answer is this?! And secondly you must be the twin brother of Fabio (you know? The Italian mucho guy and the famous sex symbol) with a real nice body to be able to generate that much cash for selling your body!

You go on further and state the following:

"Yang, it is easy to compute a single trade as a few trades. Buy stock, give it to another PR group to help promote the company, give stock back to the company, do this over a period of 2 years, then find your previous account never factored in to all these trades."

I have no idea (and let me emphasize on this: I do not have the slightest idea) what you are talking about!! Perhaps someone else can translate what you are trying to say because I sure have no idea what are you saying and how your response relates to my simple questions put to you!

In any event, I think I will not ask my questions regarding your holdings in XECM anymore since I have already asked 5 or 6 times so far in various formats and have not gotten anything out of you! And as everyone on this thread have witnessed I have done my best to get some reasonable answer out of you regarding your alleged holdings in this company! Since your responses show that you are going through an out of body experiment and do not wish to answer my questions, I can therefore safely conclude your claims as another one of your Oscar winning SEE-BS sit-com episodes!

Long Live XECM (the popular SEE-BS sit-com!)
