Hello Joe, At no time have you ever or do I expect you will ever embarass yourself with this company. As I said in a previous post, sometimes companies are overvalued and sometimes they are undervalued but rarely are they fairly valued. You and I both know where this one is at present and that's ok as in the long run you and I both know where it will wind up. You have a superb history of taking care of your long term shareholders and I have no doubt that will continue. Keep bringing in those deals and those of us with the chutzpah will be here when it's done..... Lou

when u say distribute to shareholders do u mean dividends....could u use that money to instead buy back shares which would raise the stock price and would be a way in effect to distribute "dividends". at these low prices if they remain that way i think would be a much better return on the money. never hurts to buy back more share for cheap. i'm sure u have already thought of this but i just felt like saying it. samir

Joe, No need to apologize, it has amazed me the time you have been able to spend keeping your shareholders up to date during "normal" times... and these are far from "normal" with all that is going on right now. Stay and track, close those deals first and worry bout if there is any time left ova..it's going to all work out in the long run. James
