He has to sound upbeat for 2 years in order for him to profit from his stock!!! I told him he should get clients for the firm not investors for the stock!!!

I don't know about earnings date. They reported 1st qtr on Oct 20th so I'm not sure why PR and Co also have been saying within the next 2 days for over a week now. PR says that they're waiting on the SEC on issues relating to the warrants. I have the feeling they want to call them so they can have more cash to buy more accounting firms.
