In summary, they are out of money and in fact still owe about 3/4 of a million. PP's are cancelled, so no new money. All activities stopped.
Don puts up his shares as collateral but it looks like we need the money now or we may be in default to lenders for the above liabilities.
(e.g. lease, etc.)
