Ibexx, I understand that, but I also saw the CEOs of CPQ/DEC on CNBC last week say they expect it (the DEC/Intel deal) to go thru and are planning on that fact going forward.

Ibexx ---Any idea when this is supposed to happen ? With the CPQ/DEC expected in JUNE we sure don't need the FTC or the JUSTICE DEPARTMENT to hold either one up ? By the way isn't funny that INTEL has to produce both the MERCED & ALPHA in order not to be seen as a total monopoly in the chip market ?
