Hi Mr. Metals. Thank you for posting the News release. It appears new management has acted quickly and decisively to address the problems created by the inter-company loans.

Obviously for any of this to proceed Don Farell had to have been 100% cooperative. The share arrangement seems like a good solution until all the monies are recovered by GMD. I would hope the authorities approve all the arrangements and let GMD and LMX come back to trade as soon as possible.

The suspension of the work programs and the deficieny in working capital is temporarily negative. Once the companies come back to trade it will be easier for management to form strategic alliances and raise working capital.

Good luck

Surething
