My advice is to read the complaint at the second URL site I listed to see if you qualify as a class member. The class may be limited to only those who bought & sold during the class period. If you bought & held during this period, you may not be a class member, but its possible if its part of the proposed settlement. As I said, checkout the complaint & & be so kind to inform the thread what you've learned.

If you are a class member, & the court approves the proposed settlement, you should eventually receive a settlement notice informing you of the proposed settlement & your right to opt out & litigate the matter on your own if you wish.

The notice will likely state the amount the defendant(s) have put up to fund all costs associated with the litigation, including lawyers' fees, case administration & the like, the net of which would be available for disbursement to class members in accordance with some formula.

If things go smoothly, there be a future date at which time the court will approval the settlement as "final," the terms of which will be binding upon all class members whose choose not to opt out.

My prior experience as a class member on an ICN settlement several years ago leads me to speculate that class members might see whatever money is coming to them in about 1-2 years.

Hope this helps.

Wall Street Jr.....I purchased IMPX during this time period. I believe that the only qualification needed to be a member of the class is to have purchased IMPX during the time zone of April 24, 1996 and July 22, 1996. Doesn't matter, I believe, if since then you have sold or held.
