I am going in w/ a neighbor to buy a Cow to butcher and freeze the meat. Also can barter that meat for services. My electrician I had here yesterday to do some work said he would take some tri-tip for work. But at his rates, one of my jobs would clean out my beef supply. FWIW, I own gold coins S.A. Krugerrand & Canadian Maple Leaf's which have a pretty good market and price discovery. I have a local store here that will buy/sell them at a 3% discount/commission. I never plan to sell them but nice to know I have a local dealer here I can do business with.
