Karl Are you aware of any large holders of TPRO stock with positions of over 1 million shares? These holders would be beside Dreyfus and PP holders. Maybe early investors. Also aren't they required to state this sale, register the sale and is it after the fact that they file ?

give them some time for the REAL news..let them just give official news about real contract already inked in...not just contacts and pre evaluations with big companies...what happens if one of the big "news" we want them to announce, does not materialize...how many of this greedy "sc..bag" lawyer are out there waiting to file a class action suit...on behalf of some disgruntled shareholders...... that would surely take all the possibility of a much higher price......... IMHO j.c. go topro/tava.......be conservative and protect our shareholders money from the NEW YORK "lawyers" goooo tava ...I love real people in a real company.......... This stock is already to expensive to play around with HYPE news.........as long as the y2k problem does not reveal itself as a big hoax..we are sitting on a gold mine.......but gold digging takes some time too...........who cares if we are rich now or in 12 month..ggg

Dear Karl: I of course respect your judgement, however this is MY READ of things. Yes, TAVA/TPRO has some good news they could develop, HOWEVER, I think they will hold it until they release the earnings for 12/31 (2nd qtr). I do NOT expect those results to be impressive, THUS it is imperative that at the same time as the release they flood the airwaves with good news for the future as well as impressive CONFERENCE CALL. That MAY have the effect of negating a less than illustrious 2nd qtr. Thats the way I would suggest playing the game unless of course I am wrong and their 2nd qtr is an upside surprise. JDN
